We went to church and celebrated Mary Mackillop day, we sung songs about her.

We read a story about her and made mosaic pictures. It was fun!

Family Fridays

Thank you so much Liz for spending your time with Room 9 and telling us about the Hawkes bay. We all had a lot of fun learning about new things you told us, and picking prizes. All of us learnt a lot of new things like the most famous winery in NZ, what the Hawkes Bay is famous for and why we need bees. We hope you enjoyed your time in Room9 because we enjoyed your visit.

R.E Jesus Strand

Room 9 has done some fantastic work in R.E. We researched what food and travel was like in the time of Jesus and some students made some fantastic posters for our prayer/R.E area. Well done everyone! Great effort!
