Plays

On Friday's we do cool, exciting plays. It helps us practise reading out loud, using expression, working as a team and performing in front of an audience plus we all love, love, love acting.

Shrove Tuesday

On Tuesday we made yummy pancakes and waffles. We mixed the ingredients and Mrs Suggate cooked it. We learnt about Shrove Tuesday and ash Wednesday. When the food was ready we ate them all up. The pancakes and waffles were super duper yummy.

Our Values

This week we made posters that represent our school values of Respect, Care and Honesty. We hope you like them.

Reading Area

In Room 9 we have a fantastic area that encourages us to read. We have cushions, a couch, a chair and a bath. You're probably thinking bath? But it's not a bath with water, Mrs Suggate got an old bath and filled it with a duvet and cushions and it's actually a really comfy place to read.

Super Heroes

This week we have been creating a super hero. We used costumes to take a photo of ourselves as a super hero and came up with a name, powers and weaknesses. We also wrote our own likes/dislikes and a goal we would like to have at Good Shepherd School this year.

Room 9 2015
